The increase in demand for electric vehicles is challenging the stability of the electric grid’s energy supply. That’s why solutions are being developed to mitigate the risks, such as vehicle-to-grid (V2G) interfaces, which make it possible to draw energy from the grid and transfer excess energy. Other solutions include next-generation batteries used for stationary energy storage and smart charging.
